Captain Creative

Armed with a BTEC National Diploma in Graphic Design and a camera never too far from reach, Cat has spent the last 27 years turning brands from “meh” to memorable. With a background working in marketing for big-name blue-chip companies, she knows how to blend big-picture thinking with creative magic.

Her toolkit? Design, photography, creative writing, websites, PR, marketing strategy, and an uncanny ability to spot a typo from across the room. Cat is the creative brain behind the brand who makes sure everything not only works but wows. She's also the one most likely to say, “I had a weird dream about a campaign idea…” - and it somehow turns out brilliant.

When she’s not building beautiful brands, you’ll probably find Cat running… literally. She’s completed a marathon, lives for a training plan, and is strictly tea-total (though she’ll still toast your success with a Nozeco).

The Digital Wizard

Leah’s path into marketing started in the glamorous(ish) world of film and TV, where she mastered the art of storytelling, fast turnarounds, and making tea for celebrities. She’s spent the past 15+ years diving deep into digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and PR, with a passion for making budgets work hard and campaigns work harder.

Leah is our digital wizard, fluent in all things paid media and forever tinkering with data, audiences, and ad copy. If there's a metric to track or a niche audience to target, she’s already on it (with a colour-coded spreadsheet to match).

Outside of work, Leah balances spreadsheets with squats. She’s a regular at the gym, enjoys long countryside walks with her puppy Bailey, and never says no to a chilled glass of Sauvignon Blanc when the sun’s out. She keeps things grounded, goal-focused, and always up for a good laugh (especially if it involves gifs).
