Turning up the volume on a quiet website

The Challenge

SqueakFix approached us with a website that no longer reflected the quality of their service. The design was outdated, navigation was clunky, and the tone of the content didn’t convey the friendly, reassuring personality of the brand.

They needed a full refresh, visually and verbally, to build trust with potential customers and make it easy for them to take the next step.

Our Approach

We started by getting to know the SqueakFix brand inside out. What they stood for, who their customers were, and how they wanted to be perceived. We carried out competitor research and used these insights to shape a design style and tone of voice that would resonate with their target audience: homeowners looking for expert, trustworthy help to fix a a frustrating issue.

Once the creative direction was in place, we moved into the build phase, focusing on smooth, intuitive navigation and functionality that made it easy for potential customers to find exactly what they needed. From service details to trust signals, everything was carefully designed to create a seamless, reassuring user experience.

The Outcome

The result is a clean, modern website that feels soft and welcoming with a focus on trust over hard sell tactics . It’s simple to navigate, clearly communicates SqueakFix’s credentials, and most importantly, reassures customers that they’re in safe hands. The site now reflects the true quality and care behind the brand, and it’s already helping to drive more qualified enquiries.

We look forward to moving onto phase 2 of the SqueakFix marketing project.
